Hailstones in May?!

Mad weather!  Yesterday it was really sunny one minute, then pouring down. Then suddenly we had quite large hailstones!  Bonkers.

Got some pretty china at the weekend - have been arranging it in my unit in the shop -

Lots of lovely teapots -

This one's so pretty -

And I bought a very chunky felt necklace (from charity shop) that I'll never wear, but I love the colours -

And smell these freesias! -

Have a good week!

  7. This is all so lovely! The last teapot would definitely fit nicely in my kitchen.

Freesias are one of my favourite flowers.

You should wear the necklace, it's quite a statement piece x

  11. Gosh, that china is gorgeous!! I went on a chairty shop trawl at the weekend looking for a teapot but came home empty handed.

I love freesias!! Did you know that some people cannot smell them and it is genetic whether you can or not?

  12. Remind me not to move nearer the Welsh border!

Love the China so pretty, especially the gilt edged grey gold and wine coloured ones.

I have a few teapots myself - attached to a few tea sets. I can't seem to buy a cup without a set to match - need a bigger house - with lots of cupboards.

  13. Glad to see someone else buys cheap and cheerful jewellery they will never wear simply because the colours give them a lift! Pretty teapots, and it's amazing that the pretty bone china, white with delicate pink roses, seems to get everywhere. Glad the little 'shop' is doing well for you.

  14. Love the pretty sets you have, and tea really does taste so much nicer out of a bone china cup too. Abby x
