and these bulbs given to me by MIL - paperwhites, I think they are - gorgeous smell again -
and (yes, it's like a flower shop here! I love flowers) these non-scented but very pretty roses (bought by Mr VTT!) -
in a pink metal jug bought for £1.99 from B + M! -
My little kitchen windowsill orange tree seems to have survived all the building work - ************************
Grand-daughter Ruby (a month old today!) has been getting to know her brothers -
'Hmm', thinks Ruby, 'I see I'll be off to Specsavers soon'.......!

Well, I'm going to have a hot, steamy bath to see if I can shoo away Mr Bug!
Hope you all have a great New Year if I don't 'see' you before then!
Lucky you, I'm still waiting for my hyacinths to bloom!
ReplyDeleteHope you avoid the bug - I've suddenly got a really dry, barking cough which frightens the poor cats! I love white flowers and yours all look lovely. Happy New Year:)
ReplyDeleteHope you don't get the dreaded bug, we have all avoided it so far!! The rest of the family and many friends have already suffered with flu. I love the pictures of the flowers, I can almost smell them, just what we need to cheer us all up on a really grey day. Hope the bath does the trick. Have a lovely New Year.
