Just a few sunny days...........

Just a few sunny days can make all the difference to one's mood, can't they? (Though sadly it's grey and misty here again at the moment)  The sunshine of the last few days encouraged a lot of flowers in the garden to open up -

There are lots of little Narcissi in the borders and in pots - most of them are from youngest daughter's wedding (table decorations) , a few years ago - see HERE and HERE

I like Buddhas, as you can see....

Lovely sunshine!

Crocuses are always so cheerful, aren't they?

Found a lovely vintage flowery apron in a charity / thrift shop the other day -

Hope you're having a good week!

  3. Your garden must be so colourful. I love the idea of keeping your daughter`s wedding daffodils going.

My Granny had an apron very similar to your vintage find!

  9. I should try growing crocuses in pots, I might be able to keep the mice off those. The sunshine has made such a difference, it's lovely to be outside again.

  11. Lovely cheerful photos to look at on this damp, foggy morning. I would love to have crocus in the garden but the squirrels dig up the bulbs and eat them, the only bulbs they don't seen to touch are the daffodils:)

  12. Can't beat spring flowers: have a great bunch of daffodils nodding away on my coffee table at the moment. Cat doesn't seem to like chewing those as much as she did the hyacinths! Tonia x

  15. Its all looking wonderfully colourful and spring like. I noticed today that lots of little things have started flowering in and around the garden. I think the lovely spring sunshine that we have had this week has done it.
