What a lovely magazine! It's been a while since we went to France but like you I always used to come back with a few magazines to drool over even if I couldn't always understand what I was reading I could get the jist of it from the photos:)
ReplyDeleteIt is such a gorgeous magazine, isn't it?! Love all your pictures today, such an interesting post! How cute Tilly is with her big bright artwork :)
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.

We'll have to start a petition to get a an English version, a beautiful magazine.
ReplyDeleteExcellent idea! X
DeleteI've always wanted a copy of that magazine! The pictures are so inspiring. Madagascar looks like a great place to visit with all the exotic wildlife. I think someone other than Tilly has been enjoying the paints! x
ReplyDeleteMadagascar was amazing. I read an article about it, and just really wanted to go. We got flights and booked the first night in a basic hotel, then took it from there - worked out really well. We took a short flight to an island too Ile St Marie, which was stunning. X
DeleteOh I have a feeling Madagascar is nothing like I imagined.....might investigate that further. Lovely magazine, the vegetarian comment did make me laugh, is that carrot tart? my youngest (vegetarian) son would love that. Bethx

DeleteGreat hats! Hope your cat is ok. Thanks for your comment on mine. Re the veggie tart in the French mag – it seems to be new carrots sautéed in oil, then add the juice of an orange, a handful of parsley and seasoning / simmer for 15 mins. Put onto a pastry-lined flan tin and add 1 egg and 10 cl creme fraiche. Cook 40 mins.180. Abby x
DeleteOooh, those pictures and ideas from the magazine look so inspiring - I'd love to get my hands on a copy of that - tons of creative mileage in there! xCathy
