And bought a painted cupboard too from a dealer friend - sort of thing I could have done myself, but you know..............
They make the open plan kitchen area look a bit more homely and comfy. When we moved here a few years ago, I wanted the house to be very light and open, having lived previously in some small-windowed, dark old cottages. So we built a very light, bright extension on the back - but sometimes the minimalist decor can be a bit bleak. So trying to soften it a bit -
I was given some lovely narcissi at Easter and they opened today, as it was a tiny bit warmer - very cheering -
We had a lovely Easter Sunday tea, with all the family - including Great-Granny (91) and Tilly (10 months) -
And Ruby, and her brother, Max -
So, I hear we're going to have warmer weather next week - hurrah! Quite a bit of sunshine here today, which was magic -
Hope you're having a lovely week!

Your chair looks very comfy, and I do like the fabric - from the photo it looks like vintage lace doilies! Looks good with the turquoise cushion too, and the whole room looks fresh and contemporary.
